Their is a world out their of free flash games for the times when you don’t want to deal with the real world. Recently I have had the need to play them compulsively, now that it has come to an end I thought I’d write about the 10 (11) best ones.

1. Did you ever play the board game Risk, where you had to concur the world? Do you have a little Naplon residing within you that needs to get out? Then I have the game for you “Hex Empire“

2. In “Time Fcuk” You are tricked in to a box by your future self, just to find that you have to solve an endless amount of puzzles to escape whilst enjoying a perfectly gloomy atmosphere. It gets an extra bonus point for having a level editor.

3. If like me you have harbored a secret desire to be an evil villain bent on destroying the world, with a verity of henchmen, one of the best being a woman with legs and very large boobies then feel free to indulge in “Mastermind: WC“

4. Do you like water colors, pretty drawings, difficult point and click puzzles and a sinister fairy tales? Then you might want to try out “Gretel and Hansel“

5. If you feel like entering the psyche of a disturbed mind solving puzzles and looking for old VHS cassettes that show you surveillance recordings of a dysfunctional home than give “Gateway II” a try.

6; Defense games are cool specially if they are totally bonkers with loads of upgrade features, just like the game “Bloons Tower Defense 4“

7. “Knight Fall 2” is a mix of role-playing and puzzle game, but the best feature lies in it’s full screen mode so that you can totally submerge in to it.

8. “Little Wheel” is a cute and short point and click game in a world of tin robots.

9. You enjoyed “Time Fcuk” and want more escape the room games with a twist? Why not try “shift 3“, apparently also available for the Iphone. Or do you feel suicidal, but don’t rely want to kill yourself, then why not kill your pixel avatar to complete the levels in “Super Karoshi“

10. The last one on the list, but still pretty cool specially for anyone feeling down bet is “Colour My World“
